“Client”, “you”, “your” mean the person booking a makeup artist via the Website.
“Makeup Artist” means the service provider listed on Renzaa.
“Service” means the makeup artist session booked through the Website.
“Platform” refers to Renzaa and the Website.
- Service Description
Renzaa acts as a platform connecting clients with pre-verified makeup artists organized by tier (Standard, Premium, Luxury).
Renzaa is not the makeup artist itself and does not perform the makeup service.
- Booking & Payment
You must complete the booking form and pay the required advance/amount as specified.
Prices shown are indicative and may change — you will be informed of the final amount during booking confirmation.
Renzaa takes a commission from the makeup artist; the artist sets final terms and pricing.
- Client Obligations
Provide accurate event date, location, service type (home/studio) and contact details.
Ensure availability at the scheduled time and venue.
Notify Renzaa of any changes at least [specified time] in advance.
- Artist Obligations
Artists must provide services at the date/time and location agreed.
Artists are responsible for hygiene, professional conduct and service quality.
Artists listed on Renzaa have been verified, but Renzaa does not guarantee outcomes or results.
- Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation by client or artist will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see separate link).
Renzaa will facilitate but is not liable for any artist’s failure to deliver the service — liability is limited as per the policy.
- Limitation of Liability
Renzaa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or services.
In no event will Renzaa’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the booking.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to Renzaa.
You may not reproduce or use such content without our prior written permission.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
